We are entering an exciting growth phase and looking for a highly enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to join us.

We are seeking a full-time energetic, enthusiastic Sales Team Leader to oversee our Abbotsford, VIC store, leading our team and driving the success of our retail operation. 

The Opportunity

Working Monday - Friday out of our Abbotsford, VIC store, you will oversee the day-to-day, drive sales, manage inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and develop and mentor your team. You'll be the face of the store and will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, positive shopping experience for our customers.

We are super flexible with your work schedule, allowing you to adjust your hours to work four days per week while still working and getting paid for a 38-hour work week.

Core duties:

• Customer service
• Maximise sales
• Contain operating costs
• Maintain desired standards of product, work quality and service
• Maximise the use of all resources to optimise productivity
• Comply with all legal, environmental, safety and community obligations.

You will be part of a highly enthusiastic and close-knit team comprising one full-time and three part-time/casual team members. This boutique environment is very social and celebrates each other's wins.

You'll be great in this role because:

To thrive in this highly varied and diverse role, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a retail leadership role. You will be a positive and results-driven individual who can mentor and motivate the broader team you will be working with.

Please note: you will receive all the training you need to learn to become a true paint expert and thrive in this role.

Above all, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, solid communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with various stakeholders.

Although not essential, a forklift license is highly regarded. We'll put you through all the training you need to get the license and thrive in your role.
