We now have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Melbourne Team.

The Opportunity

Working Monday - Friday, out of our Melbourne offices, the role will involve travel to clients throughout the Metro Melbourne region. This is primarily a face-to-face role where you will spend up to 80% of your time on the road. This role will offer you variety you wouldn't see in a regular sales role, there will always be new functions to attend and opportunities for networking.

This hands-on and action packed role will see you developing the sales potential and nurturing existing sales within Metro Melbourne in order to achieve individual sales targets. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Management: Achieve sales budget targets through servicing existing customers and new customers
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers as to the most suitable products for their needs
  • Analysis: Prepare reports in corroboration with the State Sales Manager
  • Health & Safety: Foster a safety focused culture

About You

To be successful you will be a sales professional with a background of success. While not essential, any experience from the paint industry will be highly regarded. 

It's crucial that you are personable and a strong negotiator, able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You must also be driven and enthusiastic, possessing resilience and always carrying a positive attitude. This role will certainly suit someone with strong problem solving skills, initiative and a thirst for growth.
